About Colorado Timber Homes
David Adair
David Adair is our sales manager. Born and raised in Ireland, he holds several college degrees, including a B.A. from Manchester Metropolitan University in England; an M.S. from Queen's University in Belfast; and an M.B.A. from University of Ulster. His professional experience is quite diverse: he spent several years in child protective services in the U.K., then worked with youth at a high school in the mountains of India. David now calls America home, and has spent his time here working in the construction industry.
David has a passion for building Old-World Timberframe homes which have been the traditional construction method throughout Europe for centuries. He hosts our Home Planning Seminars several times a year to help clients learn about the building process and begin planning their dream homes. When he's not in the office, David can sometimes be found in the field, raising our Timberframes.
Fun facts: David has visited 38 of the 50 United States. He has golfed in the Bhutan National Open with the Prince of Bhutan, hiked the Himalayas, and run a marathon. Next on his to-do list are golfing at Augusta National Golf Club, and taking an international motorcycle trip beginning in Chile and ending in Alaska. David is married to his wife Cheryl, and has four children.
